PAYMENT

PRICING
Crown Jewellery School LTD reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of manufacturers increasing cost of materials.

QUALITY
Products may vary slightly in colours shapes and sizes, particularly semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls and tagua nuts which are natural products.

DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment, subject to availability. If your order is urgent, please send an email to: info@crownjewelleryschool.co.uk and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Most items are sent by standard delivery targeted on a 2-5 working day delivery schedule - (this is not a guaranteed service), however if your order value is greater than £100 it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully trackable and requires a signature on delivery.
We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
Please note that our cut off for same day despatch for Next day delivery is 2pm.

Postage and packing is FREE for all UK orders over £30.00.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Our cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order before 2pm and opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery then your order will be sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service which is a guaranteed next day service and is trackable. Please note that Royal Mail do not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays, so if you place an order over a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday then your order will be sent out on the next working day i.e. Monday and will arrive with you on the following working day - Tuesday.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange unwanted items, simply follow the procedure below for returns and remember to include a list of what you would like instead of the items that you're returning. Please remember to include a day time contact number as we may need to contact you to take payment for P&P. We charge a minimum of £1.50 for P&P for resending out exchanges. 

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Crown Jewellery School LTD. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund. 
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive your goods. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded, but if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. All goods must be returned to us promptly in a re-sellable condition, if you need us to collect an item from you, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100). You will be notified of the fee at the time of cancellation. This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Citizen's Advice Bureau or your Local Authorities Trading Standards Office.

We do not accept returns of beads which have been taken off their temporary string, or cut stringing supplies & chain. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be made verbally within three days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights. The goods must be returned in the original condition, with proof of purchase.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that you are responsibility for the postage costs involved in returning all unwanted or unsuitable items.
Current EU Hygiene regulations mean that we are unable to exchange or refund earring findings.

Please note that if the value of the items that you are returning takes your total order below our free P&P limit then the amount of the refund you receive will be the value of the goods returned less the relevant P&P charge due.

BOOKING A CLASS
You can book a class on our website via our online booking system, which can accept payment via credit card, debit card or Paypal. Alternatively you can contact us and make a booking over the phone via credit or debit card. 
  
Once full payment for a class has been made your place will be booked and you will receive a class confirmation (usually up to 48 hours after full payment has been received, you will also be required to fill out a booking form) 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we cannot offer refunds or transfers on any of our classes. We also require a cancelletion period of 7 days (before the class).
 
REFUNDS
Our jewellery making classes are very popular and places are limited.  If for any reason you need to cancel your place on a course you may do so by sending an email to: info@crownjewelleryschool.co.uk, however we regret that no refund or transfer can be issued to you.

If you are booked on a course and do not turn up on the day, no refund or transfer will be given.

CLASS TRANSFERS
Unfortunately we do not offer class transfers under any circumstances. We run our courses based on the number of students booked in and would not be able to offer such a high quality, or professional service for the price we do if we offered refunds and transfers. 
 
LATENESS
We regret that if you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be permitted into a class. If you are late this can be disruptive for other students. Unfortunately we do not offer transfer or refunds for lateness.  
Please always phone: 07737 621 302 (for class bookings only) if you have any problems or questions about the class or if you think you are going to be late. 

IF WE CANCEL A CLASS: 
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We will also always give you as much notice as possible but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements. All classes must have a minimum of 10 students or we will cancel and offer you an alternative date. 
 
STATUTORY RIGHTS: 
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
